In addition to our range of gas and heating services, we also provide comprehensive landlord services (including gas safety inspections) to landlords, property managers and estate agents in Merseyside and across the surrounding areas.
Landlords have a number of legal duties where gas safety in their properties is concerned. These duties include ensuring that all gas pipework, chimneys, flues and gas appliances are safe, in full working order and have been inspected by a Gas Safe Registered engineer once a year. This means that everything from boilers and gas fires to hobs and ovens need to be checked over annually, as part of your duty of care to your tenants. Once we’ve carried out an inspection and checked that all gas appliances are safe for continued use, we will provide you with a CP12 gas safety certificate.
Here at Amber Heating, all of our experienced engineers are Gas Safe registered, hold numerous industry accreditations and are up to date with industry safety standards. We provide our landlord services to many private landlords, rental agencies, property managers and estate agents in the North West and can service property portfolios of all sizes, from a small number of flats to entire accommodation blocks.
